Miss Kaiser began her teaching career at Pot Spring Elementary in 2010 after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies from Connecticut College. While at Connecticut College, Miss Kaiser studied abroad in South America and enjoys traveling to new cities and countries whenever possible. She recently completed her Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She looks forward to continue teaching fourth grade at Mays Chapel Elementary. In her free time, Miss Kaiser coaches field hockey for Cockeysville Recreation Council, plays field hockey in an adult league, and is an avid Ravens and Orioles fan.
Ms. Miedlar is thrilled to be joining the passionate and enthusiastic members of the Mays Chapel Team! She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education from Loyola University in Maryland and she is currently finishing her Master of Science Degree in Mathematics Education at Towson University. Prior to joining Team Mays, Ms. Miedlar had experience teaching fifth grade and fourth grade at New Town Elementary School. In her free time, Ms. Miedlar enjoys reading, running, baking/cooking, and traveling.
Mrs. Breen is in her 13th year of teaching for BCPS. She is a graduate of Towson University and is currently finishing her second Masters in Secondary Mathematics Education. She has experience teaching grades 2-5, and the exposure to multiple grade levels has been very useful in helping students move forward with their academic goals at various levels. While her specialty is mathematics, she loves teaching all subjects and aspires to make learning applicable to her students’ lives. Mrs. Breen is married with 4 children ranging from a fifth grader to the tenth grader, and approaches teaching has both an educator and a parent. She enjoys traveling, photography, history, and music!
